formidable idée et club en super état

The first set of golf clubs delivered did not meet my expectations but they were quickly changed. The delivery and collection service to and from the hotel worked well. I would use this service again for the convenience.

Petit couac initial. La raison était que j'ai effectué la réservation la veille dans l'après midi pour le lendemain matin. Le site m'a indiqué que je pouvais avoir les club le lendemain matin mais ce n'était pas possible car la compagnie sur place n'a reçu la commande que le lendemain matin.
J'ai donc dû louer un sac au golf directement pendant 1 jour.
Le service a par la suite été super donc aucun problème de mon côté, ce sont des choses qui peuvent arriver mais pensez à coordonner le site internet avec le site de location sur place pour éviter ce genre de souci.
Il y a aussi eu un problème de paiement initialement dû à un dysfonctionnement du paiement en ligne.
Malgré ces petits soucis :
-les clubs étaient supers.
-le gestionnaire sur le site de l'île Maurice a été disponible et sympathique.
- le prix était correct
- je repasserai sans hésiter par votre compagnie

Excellent service de récupération / dépôt du sac via la conciergerie de l'hôtel. La ponctualité de la livraison et l'information par whatsapp est très appréciable. Clubs de bonne qualité

Service très intéressant pour voyager sans son sac de golf dans les avions.
Le contact caddy master Agadir n’anticipe pas le service demandé, il faut le contacter pour réceptionner le sac à l’hôtel et au retour pareil. Il est probablement plus efficace et plus facile de livrer les sacs de golf dans un club de golf et pas à l’hôtel??
Matériel reçu très bon rapport qualité/prix .

Depais des années je suis enchanté par le service rendu. Je m'arrange toujours avec le responsable local à FARO, Alexander, pour une nlivraison et un retour sur le parking ce qui nous permet de faire un transfert des clubs de "voiture" à "voiture". TOP

My first experience as I usually take my own clubs despite the airline charges. I was looking forward to playing different clubs. They were ok. A bit tired, but perfectly serviceable.
Jalil at Marrakesh was excellent. We were in contact by Whats App and it all worked.
Unfortunately I didn't have any cash left to offer him a tip..he deserved one.

Bonjour,le seul petit inconvénient, c’est le règlement sur Internet qui n’est pas très au point. Pour le reste tout convient parfaitement.

Mon driver n’était pas du tout adapté : 12,5 ° - Ladies.
Dommage, c’était pour moi l’occasion d’essayer du meilleur matériel.
Si le matériel avait été adapté, je l’aurais volontiers acheté.

Rented clubs which was delivered at the Faro Airport upon our arrival. We could not have been more satisfied with the service and clubs we rented at MyCaddyMaster. Would recommend them!

Great service mate travelling very easy not having to drag clubs around airport and easier to check in at airport with just hand luggage

What a great experience throughout. The booking arrangements were easy with no stress. Good communication . On arrival and departure Alexander was there to deliver and collect on time. The clubs were in A1 condition. The clubs enhanced my game and overall I would recommend Mycaddymaster to anyone and will be using them again if the opportunity arises in the future. Well done Mycaddymaster keep it up.

Feyyaz Öksuzler was my contact via WhatsApp for the pick up and return He did an excellent job in staying in contact and syncronizing the meet up time. This was quite important since I was renting for the first time and a bit nerveous about the whole process. He did 10/10.

Overall very pleasing service that is provided and would use again and would also recommend to others.

La disponibilité ainsi que l'amabilité de Werner sont à noter. J'aimerais juste que l'on me confirme que Werner a bien pu récupérer le driver XXIO que l'on avait oublié de remettre dans le sac de golf de J Michel Contenot et que nous avions laissé, à notre départ lundi, à la réception de l'hôtel Elba Sunset.

le service et la qualité des clubs de golf étaient au rendez-vous. le sac était toutefois un peu vieillissant, car le trépied s'affaissait .
l'accueil au comptoir HERTZ a été froid et expéditif , contrairement à Alexander qui a été très courtois et nous a aidé à charger la voiture.

The golf clubs were more than adequate in terms of number (range).
The price was very reasonable.
The delivery and collection from the airport worked well.
Alexandra made sure that he provided a very friendly and efficient service.

Je suis un habitué mais quand j'ai loué mon sac, j'ai pris un shaft en acier pour les fers, et pas facile de jouer pour moi donc j'ai demandé si il était possible de changer pendant mon séjour.
J'ai envoyé un SMS à Alexander, le lendemain j'avais une série avec un shaft en graphite.
J'ai pu retrouver mon jeu et surtout du plaisir à jouer

Choix des clubs, Top ; avec un bon rapport qualité prix. (Gamme QI10 pour moi, Dark Cobra pour ma compagne)
Des clubs un peu rayés sur le bounce mais avec des faces tout a fait correctes.
Nous avons apprécié le service livraison directe à notre lieu de résidence et surtout le sens du service de Jalil (Marrakech) que nous tenons à féliciter.

Le sac et les clubs xxio 12 étaient parfaits. Juste une remarque personnelle, le putter Cleveland n'était pas à mon avis, à la hauteur en qualité par rapport à la série.

Pour notre séjour golfique à Marrakech, nous avons loué deux sacs via CaddyMaster, et quelle bonne idée ! Quel plaisir de voyager léger sans avoir à trimbaler notre propre matériel. Le choix de clubs est vaste et personnalisable selon son niveau ou ses préférences, et tout le matériel (sacs et clubs) était en parfait état.

Un grand merci à Jalil, ponctuel et souriant, aussi bien pour la remise que la reprise des sacs – un service fluide et sans stress. Je recommande vivement à tous les golfeurs qui souhaitent voyager malin et profiter pleinement de leur séjour !
