Good service but we asked for seniors shafts and we didn't get them. Also one set was short of a 3 wood so one club short.

Mycaddymaster offered the best price and the easiest service online, and the rest of the service didn’t disappoint. I really liked the clubs (probably played better with the wedges than with my own, and the 5 iron was my go to club) and the guy who served me was polite and friendly. The meeting point concerned me at first but I didn’t have to wait long, and it made the whole journey easy. Would recommend and use again

Grips were dried out on the club's making it difficult to so g on occasions.

As a whole very happy with the price and the selection of clubs. Although I would liked to see a 4 iron in my bag as I'm not used to hybrid clubs but I enjoyed using it, would of liked a 4 iron in there. Alex at front desk was a great chap, full of chat and gave us some of his knowledge of the courses. Will definitely use my caddy master next time in faro

Les clubs homme moins bien à cause du Grip standard sans changement possible et il manquait sw 52 dans le sac homme

Great service. Staff was very friendly and met me just outside of the arrival terminal with the golf bag and in 5 minutes we were on our way. Pick up was also efficient thanks to available staff.

Your site was an excellent find, for all the reasons noted above. Your staff at pick-up (airport) and drop-off (Al Maeden Golf Club) could not have been more pleasant or helpful.

Allant régulièrement sur Faro, j’ai vu et entendu parler du service caddy Master
Devant me rendre sur Marrakech et le prix annoncé par la compagnie pour le sac de golf m’a fait me tourner vers caddy Master. J’y ai réservé une série Cobra, ayant envie de changer de série de clubs, c’était l’occasion idéale de tester ces clubs qui m'intéressaient
J’ai choisi la serie Cobra F9 graphite régular
A mon arrivée a Marrakech, le représentant est arrivé avec ke sac commandé ( des clubs tout neuf, encore emballés), seul le driver etait different de celui commandé car il y avait eu de la casse sur celui commandé. La personne m’a proposé d’en essayer un autre et si cela ne me convenait pas, il me le remplacerait.
J’ai donc joué avec ces clubs et malheureusement ne me convenait pas car les clubs etaient la serie one lengh( une seule longeur de shaft pour tous les clubs, hybrides compris.... la cata.
J’ai donc appelé le correspondant qui m’a ramené a l’hotel Une nouvelle série Cobra standard, avec le bon driver.
Excellente semaine avec ce sac et j’ai craqué pour le sandwedge cleveland rtx4, je vais en acheter un en rentrant... top.
Pour la restitution des clubs, nlus acons convenu au depart avec le correspondant d’un lieu de rendez vous( le dernier golf que je jouais) et est venu récupérer le sac.
Excellente experience que je renouvellerai sans hésiter

J'ai trouvé le service de location des clubs excellent , le seul petit reproche que je peux faire c'est le choix des clubs pour joueur gaucher ( pas très important ). Sinon la personne qui nous a accueilli pour récupérer les clubs était très sympa

Je n’ai rien signé à la restitution, la personne n’a pas vérifié devant moi les clubs. En cas de litige, ça aurait pu poser problème. Il n’a pas effacé mes coordonnées bancaires. Sinon le putter était tout neuf (dans son emballage), c’était top. Toujours satisfait du service.

Each year we hold an annual meeting and golf is always an important part. This year we used MyCaddyMaster to rent some clubs for our members. In the past when playing abroad we have either taken our own clubs or hire them at the course we were playing. This is the first time we have used MyCaddyMaster and we will certainly use them in the future when we golf abroad. We will also recommend them to family and friends

I only stayed for a relatively short period and I found this hiring of the clubs extremely good.

Order procedure was good .
The choice of clubs was limited.
The delivery and collection to our Hotel was very good.

Hertz were a disaster. I was kept waiting an hour on arrival. Given a different car to what I ordered. Told I would be debited €72 if I did not return a full tank. I was given an Opel but ordered a Renault which I like to drive. It was overpriced to link with clubs. Car cost circa €150 when I could have got one for €60 with the club gotten separately. Never again

Service was excellent from ease of internet booking to ease of collection and dropping off at airport. Quality of clubs could have been a little better. I booked 2 sets of Callaway and 1 set of Srixon. The head of the 5iron on the Srixon came off on the 2nd round & both the Callaway sets were a little shabby.

Juste une remarque relative aux clubs
il manque un à deux fers entre le sand à 58 degré et le Pitche 46 cela fait 12 degrés c’est trop un 50 et un 54 feraient mieux l’affaire que le fer 4 qui est proche de l’hybrid

The clubs were OK but the bags and the head covers were worn out.

nos clubs nous attendaient dans les mains d 'une personne fort aimable qui nous accompagné fort gentiment jusqu' à la voiture louée. Pour le retour nous étions en avance et avaons pu rendre tout de même les sacs

C’était une première fois et je suis globalement satisfait. Je m’attendais à des clubs un peu plus neufs mais je m’y suis pris un peu tard. Il me manquait 1 ou 2 clubs , la prochaine fois je prendrai plus d’options.

very easy to book and pick up at airport, office was closed when we arrived but someone turned up within 10mins, quality of clubs were not good but as no other clubs to be had, had to do with them.

La prochaine fois on fera livrer a L'hotel les sacs comme cela on pourra prendre une voiture plus petite car on était 4 hommes 4 Valises easyjet +2 valisies soute et 3 sacs de golfs donc un peu serrer, mais on avait fait liver le 4 eme sac directement a l Hotel QuitoMarrina et le sac etait sur Place TOP MERCI

Peut etre vous pouvez vendre aussi des balles car sommes venu Avec easy Jet sans balles et avond du s'arreter chez decatelon pour acheter 2 cartons chaqu un donc on aurait directement commander des ballles.

livraison à l'hotel a l'heure pile, un monsieur David tres aimable et professionnel, des clubs neufs un sac complet, permettant d'essayer une nouvelle marque, reprise des clubs sur notre lieu de parcours à l'heure pile aussi, rien à dire, ne changez rien tout est au top.

Your staff were polite and helpful. As a left handed golfer, there were extremely minimal options. When I arrived to pick up my clubs I discovered they were graphite shafts (despite there being no mention of this during the booking process or the order confirmation). I use stiff flex steel shafts at home and this affected my game significantly as I had to really slow my swing down. The carry bag also didn’t have stand legs, which was a pain. I also discovered that I paid significantly more than my friends paid for their clubs (they also used your company). They suggested this might be because I was left handed?! Surely not??!! Overall, I was left feeling pretty disatisfied and disappointed.
