Testimonials of the golfers who rented our golf clubs during their golf stays

Great service! I'll do this again next time and so will my golf buddies. Werner was also extremely helpful and reactive.

Mycaddymaster is a very good company and well worth using if you decide to rent your clubs, a very efficient service

Alexander was as prompt and efficient as when we have used Caddymaster before

Alexander very obliging and friendly

Fantastic service. Willing to help and to improve with chosen set.
Thank you had a great time with 2nd choice.

Excellent support from the individual person who kept in constant touch and was always available and very prompt with helpful responses.

The gentleman who talked with me was nicest person to talk with and gave me a 7 * service. Very polite , prompt and supportive.
I wish every company has similar people working for them.
I wish him all the success in life.

I have been using CaddyMaster for almost 10 years and the quality of service has always been at the same high level. Your company is an outstanding example of quality and Service.

On arriving at Marakesh found out my golf bag had been left behind by the airline. Found MyCaddyMaster online & booked clubs which was very easy. They gave me the contact details of their local contact, Jalil & he was brilliant. Met me at very short notice literally at the 1st tee!! Thanks Jalil, you saved my golf holiday.

Good service and clubs

In the past I used another company but the service and quality of your service and clubs takes away all the worries

Excellent set of clubs which were waiting for us at Oitavos Dunes and we left with Helder at Penha Longa. Good communication throughout - much, much better than flying them out!

Very easy and zero stress , great service and guy who dropped the clubs was a gent

Werner did top service

overall the service has been great, bit of waiting at pick up but not stressful at all. I would recommend this service to anyone as our stay was great even if the golf was average?

Fantastic service from start to finish. Great quality clubs and superb communication throughout. Bravo

Wouldn’t let me pay via the website which made me slightly dubious to the legitimacy of the service. However, 10/10 customer service. Responded quickly on email and helped provide payment link. Pick up and return of clubs so easy and clubs were of very high quality at reasonable prices. Host was a lovely man. Overall super positive experience and would definitely use them again

Good experience allround. The clubs were of average quality (mostly Sim 2) with good grips. (The 54 deg wedge was aweful). Shame there was no option to select particular clubs like putter. They were close to what was advertised but not exact. Collection at the airport was not available, so the clubs were left and collected from our hotel, which was a nice touch.

This was a first for as I usually carry my golf clubs with me. This was a great experience and if I may I would like to suggest that you provide more choices in the putter selection.

Excellent, attentive, responsive service

A huge thank you to MyCaddyMaster for providing clubs for our holiday. The quality of service and the equipment was exceptional and exactly what we needed to take the stress out or transporting clubs for a perfect holiday. Thank you!

All good

Hello,
Last September, the bag I chose was perfect... This time, I probably did a mistake in the choice for the clubs.
All the rest of the service and quality of products were perfect.
Kind Regards,

The first set of golf clubs delivered did not meet my expectations but they were quickly changed. The delivery and collection service to and from the hotel worked well. I would use this service again for the convenience.

We were very satisfied with the service of MyCaddyMaster!

Well done, Jalil. You exceeded our expectations with hand off and pick up. You were a pleasure to work with.

The whole experiece was excellent.
Jalil was waiting with the clubs and picked them up when requeted.
Very good

My first experience as I usually take my own clubs despite the airline charges. I was looking forward to playing different clubs. They were ok. A bit tired, but perfectly serviceable.
Jalil at Marrakesh was excellent. We were in contact by Whats App and it all worked.
Unfortunately I didn't have any cash left to offer him a tip..he deserved one.

very professional; flexible; proactive communication, good equipment
THANK YOU!

Great service mate travelling very easy not having to drag clubs around airport and easier to check in at airport with just hand luggage

What a great experience throughout. The booking arrangements were easy with no stress. Good communication . On arrival and departure Alexander was there to deliver and collect on time. The clubs were in A1 condition. The clubs enhanced my game and overall I would recommend Mycaddymaster to anyone and will be using them again if the opportunity arises in the future. Well done Mycaddymaster keep it up.

Very happy with the rental clubs, great condition for a good price. Alexander was a great guy and very easy to deal with during pick up and drop off

Perfekt service and on Time

Feyyaz Öksuzler was my contact via WhatsApp for the pick up and return He did an excellent job in staying in contact and syncronizing the meet up time. This was quite important since I was renting for the first time and a bit nerveous about the whole process. He did 10/10.

Overall very pleasing service that is provided and would use again and would also recommend to others.

Thank you to Alexander for being prompt, friendly, and welcoming.

Alexander was brilliant, meeting me at the hire car return to save me transporting the bags.

Brilliant service and communication

Alexander was very helpful and friendly and was very flexible when we had to change the time of our drop off because of a delay

Great service, alway there on hand when I had questions, delivered and ropped to the door.

Thanks Werner!

An easy process to order online for delivery in Agadir. Delivery was prompt and efficient and the clubs were good quality. Excellent service overall.

Very efficient service with clubs waiting at my hotel on arrival

Excellent service from start to finish - highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a top class service.

Super service. Very happy with the complete service from drop of to pick up... top marks.

a very good and easy service

Came for a 3 day trip, the clubs arrived earlier than expected which allowed us time to try them out without feeling rushed. The club quality was high and it was clear that they had been looked after even as rentals. Soufaine was amazing and made the experience of receiving and returning the clubs completely seamless. Would highly recommend

MyCaddyMaster service dropped the two sets of clubs to the Hotel Golf Club Pro Shop ahead of our arrival and collected after. Great price and communication. We would definitely recommend.

Good choice of golf clubs, at very reasonable prices. Easy communication and several options for delivery. Recommended and would use again!

Soufiane did an excellent job by offering to bring our golf bags to our first golf club (Royal Golf club) and also by giving us the opportunity to drop off the bags at are our last golf club.
His advice to also try the Amelkis golf club was great. Abslutely the most astonishing golf club I've experienced so far. The scenery is of all the golf courses is wonderful and compared to this club Al Maaden is seriously overrated. Royal is also great especially by the clubhouse that is the most attractive of these three courses.

Great service because our golfsets were delivered and picked up at golfclubs of our choice without any extra costs.
Pitty that there was no towl attached to the set.

I would like to extend a special thank you to Feyyaz who took very good care of our needs. Very professional and made himself available during off-regular hours.

Gréât service - very easy, good clubs, good service.

Very pleased to see the golf clubs delivered on time.
Golf clubs were in excellent condition .
Will definitely use your service again.

Brilliant service, exceptional clubs which I really enjoyed playing with. Definitely a company to use and I shall use them again. Thank you mycaddymaster.

Really fabulous service...
Told all the playing partners that I met over the 3 days and related the details.
They all seem suitably impressed.
